GOLD-COATED SUBSTRATES

LGA Thin Films provides gold-coated soda-lime or aluminosilicate glass slides as well as gold-coated silicon wafers.

All processes are performed in dedicated sputtering systems housed in class 1000 cleam rooms to ensure the highest quality gold films. An adhesion layer of either Chromium or Titanium is used beneath the gold layer depending on customer requirement. We can also supply slides and wafers with different Au thicknesses upon request.
